Love and faith beyond boundaries

The Canaanite woman recognised Jesus’ power. Love, mingled with fear for her daughter, gave her courage to persist to the point of annoyance in asking for help. She portrays a powerful witness of intercession and faith that doesn’t give up. Love and need can open us to the grace of God regardless of our preconceptions. We learn from this woman outside the house of Israel, that the Holy Spirit is not confined by our boundaries. How has God used people of different faith or culture to stretch your love and faith? How is love calling you to courageous and persistent intercession?
