You will be witnesses

Jesus warns his disciples that troubles will come when they go out to witness. But he also reassures them that the Holy Spirit will come to them – the Spirit of truth. It’s easy to agree to anything when it’s in the distance but harder to remember the promises when times are hard. Let’s pray that we will “remember that I told you” so that our “faith may not be shaken” by the attacks of the devil and the world.

  1. A daily witness to the teachings of Christ may be as simple as living and acting as Jesus. Through our personal behavior and actions we may bear the witness to our Catholic faith.
