In the world

In the first reading Paul is arrested for spreading the good news of love and liberation. In the Gospel reading, Jesus speaks to his Father, saying he has done the work he was sent to do. Jesus showed the ones he was given what the reign of God looks like. Look at New Zealand today. Can we say we are doing the same as Paul and Jesus? By our lives are we being true to the work of Christ? Pray that you will do the work you were sent to do in the world.
