Trust in God

Moses complained about the struggle of leading people, who, though physically free from slavery, yearned to return to what they knew. Have you ever made a good decision requiring change, then found yourself clinging to familiar patterns when the reality of change hit home? In the Gospel the disciples saw the obstacles; Jesus asks them to accompany people actively, without having everything sorted in advance, and through the process, be open to grace in their midst. How difficult is it for you to accompany others, or yourself, when you’re not assured of the outcome? Talk with God about your struggles.
