Your faith has restored you to health
Jesus grasps the hand of a dead twelve year old girl. An ailing woman reaches out and touches the garment of Jesus. The girl is raised to life and the woman is healed. Jesus should never have touched the dead child, because he would become ritually unclean. The woman should never have touched Jesus for the same reason. There are areas of deadness in my life which Jesus can heal if I allow him to take my hand. If I reach out to touch Jesus he will heal me of my spiritual illness. “If I can touch even his cloak.”
