Unfolding

Our life this day is sheer gift. In the daily demands and as the 'to do' list expands, we do well to remember the giftedness of it all. Take a look at the night sky or the changing colour of light around us. It is wise to allow for space to remember that there is a Creator and we are creatures, forever being created and recreated in a never ending story of unfolding. Jesus, in this story, alludes to preparedness and the need to be awake. We can go through the motions and move through life without being awake. So stop and drink a cup of tea slowly and ponder it all again.
