Persistence

God is not like the unjust judge, who gave the widow what she wanted because he was fed up with her persistence. God will honour our prayers in His own time and in His own way. He has done enough times in the past, and will do so in the future. Our faith will keep us praying if He doesn’t seem to answer our prayers. Isn’t that partly what faith means? The conviction that God cares about us and our needs. We pray for the grace to be persistent.
