Courage to love again

Thomas often gets a bad press because of his apparent lack of faith. But his position is understandable. He’s been badly hurt once by the death of Jesus and he is scared to believe again in case he gets hurt once more. We too can live out of our fears and hurts and be reluctant to love or to trust again. But if we do trust in Jesus, and overcome our fears, we will have life through his name.
