A pure heart

The Lord who calmed the sea, of whom the disciples were in awe (as are we), is the one who can bestow on us the gift of a clean heart. Repenting of our sinfulness is entirely appropriate sometimes; may we also have the grace to accept the Lord’s forgiveness and healing.
