Be faithful

Daniel’s faith is about to be tried in the lions’ den. The king did not want to subject Daniel to this trial but was bound by his ruling. He was joyful in the morning when he found Daniel unharmed. Then the king wrote to all the nations - “the God of Daniel is to be reverenced and feared: For he is the living God, enduring forever; his Kingdom shall not be destroyed and His dominion will be without end.” Jesus reminds us of the signs of the end, of the coming of the Son of Man. Lord give us faith like Daniel so that we will stand erect and raise our heads when redemption is at hand.
