The good treasure of the heart

Pray with your hand upon your heart allowing your heartbeat to quiet you and create a prayerful stillness. Let go of any worries and enter into the stillness where heart speaks to heart. Listen for Jesus speaking to you. Let your heart beat with the rhythm of the heart of Christ. Let your heart prompt you to a kind action for someone today.

Heart of Christ, beat within me. Heart of Mary, gentle me.
