Alone?

If you’ve ever felt alone in your faith walk; if you’ve ever felt that your Christian commitment has created division or antagonism, even among close family, then you’re in good company. Jesus has been there! His extended family thought he had gone mad; the authorities hated him and plotted to kill him; and his closest friends all deserted him in his hour of need. How alone is that? “Blessed are you when people abuse you and persecute you … on my account”. (Matt.5:11)
