Hope

Today’s gospel is greatly loved by those who recall it being read at the end of each Mass. It makes the heart and mind soar. A gift of light and grace. The concept of a divine person taking on a human form and nature, and living with us, is unbelievable. Light is really appreciated by those who have endured darkness, or are frightened by it. Grace is feeling the love of God, or meeting those are people whose personalities seem to be blessed by God. Light and grace. Our world changed. Suddenly, we have hope – tumanako. A reason for joy.
