Lift up your hearts

The theme continues – trust in God, have faith that Jesus IS God. The small frustrations in life are minor, compared to others’ woes. Whether we are missionaries among strangers, police, students, service workers or retired, each of us has a daily pattern of duties. We can deal with these joyfully or miserably. “I was hungry and you fed me, naked and you clothed me.” This is where we might see Jesus in each person we meet. The grumpy old guy, moaning about prices. The small, hungry child with nits. God’s people. Let’s love them.
