Apocalypse 20:1-4, 11-21:2; Psalm 84; Luke 21: 29-31

Get ready

Am I ready to meet God? Do I listen for his call each day and ask his will for me? Do I share my faith in God’s kingdom with people who do not yet believe, so they too will hear God’s voice and be ready for Christ’s second coming?

Dear Lord, I put all my trust in your word. May I always listen for it and faithfully do as you ask. I pray that, through your great love and compassion, all people will be prepared to meet you when you come again.
