Seek forgiveness

Jesus’s prophecies of death and destruction point to two matters in particular: God will eventually judge us – the living and the dead; he, Jesus, will intervene for us if we want to ask for God’s forgiveness and mercy.

Dear Lord have mercy on all your children. Spare us the agonies of this world and lead us, through your presence and action in the world, to seek your forgiveness.
