In court with Jesus

Sometimes imagination can help us reflect with a text, let’s do so. It is as if in a court scene Jesus is in the stand of the one accused calling his witnesses. The first witness he calls is John the Baptist, to be followed by the living witness of the impact and actions of his presence in our world. Jesus then calls the Father as a witness followed by the entire Scriptures and finally Moses as the defence lawyer par excellent. Can we be among his family support, choosing to allow our entire years that remain as witness to Jesus the Christ. Can we be called as a witness of Jesus ?
