Acts 4:13-21; Psalm 118: Mark 16:9-15

Go tell the good news

The eleven that Jesus has chosen to follow him – the Apostles – are gathered at table. He appears to them- some have already seen him, but some haven’t and he chastises them for not accepting the word of the others. Perhaps some are annoyed they’d not seen him themselves and are being stubborn! However, it is the actual presence of Jesus that turns their hearts. Jesus comes to me in person in the Eucharist. I need to remember to ask him to deepen my faith in him.
