Endurance and trust

Jesus paints a picture of the persecution that we will suffer as his followers. In this country we may experience some taunts or criticism. In other countries people, as Jesus predicted, may suffer terrible hardship including death for their beliefs. We have seen examples of those who have heeded his words, being given eloquence and wisdom. They have exhibited bravery, endurance and trust in the Lord. How would I measure up in such circumstances?
