The disciples came to Jesus

We are to pray as ourselves. Our gathering for Mass each Sunday is so important it really shapes our week, our prayers with one another and our family prayers are all part and parcel of our life of faith. Yet, all of this praying is only enriched when we go to Jesus on our own. This personal time enriches all else. Going to Jesus on our own, having an intimate conversation, as one friend to another, is essential in deepening our faith. Jesus makes use of that small mustard seed to encourage us to live our life of faith more deeply and actively.
