Let God be God

Jesus cured many people. But he did not take all sicknesses away or carry all our diseases for us.

Is it just a lack of faith that prevents miracles? Imagine a world in which God automatically agreed to every request for a miracle. God would no longer rule the universe; we would. That is the original sin. When we think we are "like God, knowing good and evil," mayhem ensues. So pray for a miracle by all means with as much faith as you can muster. But let God be God and trust in his goodness.
