1 Peter 5:5-14; Psalm 89; Mark 16:15-20

Strong in faith

Every disciple of Jesus is challenged to live the Gospel. Jesus entrusts each one of us with the task of continuing his mission and spreading the Good News of our salvation. The challenge is for us to live as he lived, with faith, with hope and with love. He promises that we will not be alone in our efforts to continue his mission. We will be encouraged by our fellow Christians and be supported by the gifts of the Spirit. Lord, help me to be strong in my faith.
