The Lord is with you.

As Moses is dying, he commissions Joshua, inspiring the people to turn to God for leadership. He says, … have no fear…for the Lord your God is going with you. They must have felt uplifted by the way Moses handled that transition. Often, we put our faith in others and forget that God himself is leading. People will fail us. We must neither place all our faith in a leader or position of authority, nor allow others to become dependent on us for their spiritual growth. God is with us. “He will not fail you or desert you”. How can we present that promise more effectively?
