The oneness of love

What Jesus prays for his disciples is quite extraordinary. He asks the Father that his disciples may know that they are loved by him as much as he is loved by the Father. That is quite extraordinary! Jesus and the Father are one. Their love is a oneness of love. Jesus then prays that the love that makes them one may also be in his disciples. Could you ever imagine that Jesus’ love for you is the same as the Father’s love for him?
