SECOND SUNDAY IN ORDINARY TIME

Transformation

It is Calvary that sheds a wonderful light on the Cana story. Mary is present. Jesus takes something ordinary (water- human life) and makes a transformation (wine – salvation). He takes what we have and who we are and makes it part of the Divine Mystery. We, by faith, become part of this wonderful transformation. He came that we might have life and have it to the full. Lord, give each one of us that life, transform us. Mary, be beside us in all this process.
