Pondering and confessing

Before confronting his disciples with serious decisions, Jesus used to pray in solitude. Jesus asks, “Who do you say I am?” Peter confesses that Jesus is the Christ of God. Clearly, the disciples have grown. They find it possible to accept Jesus as Messiah. His words and deeds are bringing them to truth. For myself: Who do I say you are Jesus? Do I respond, “You are Christ,” or do I say, “You are MY Rock, my Saviour, my Friend, my Brother?”
