A generous wage

A just and living wage is important. The workers in the Vineyard were all paid exactly the same – no matter how long they worked. What an outrage! Or was it? The Owners response was: “Are you jealous because I am generous?” Do we count the blessings of others feeling jealous or slightly resentful? Or do we delight in God’s generosity and someone else’s good fortune? Let’s heed the call to be generous to others. Start today!
