What do you want of me Jesus?

When Jesus returned to his home town and preached in the synagogue the locals, recognising him as a local lad, Mary's son, had difficulty accepting him. Who did he think he was? Are we surprised that they were angry at his talents, and disbelieving of his wisdom? Is it possible that we may sometimes have the same kind of response when someone who grew up beside us develops their talents and achieves recognition? What corner of myself is Jesus wanting to open up today?
