Your God is coming

The Pharisees thought Jesus was blaspheming by saying he could forgive sins, only God could do that. But to show he was God, he cured the young man and sent him on his way. Christmas reminds us that God has come into the world to forgive sins and bring the fullness of life. It can seem blasphemous that Jesus wants to enter into the sin of the world, to be part of its brokenness and violence, so as to bring forgiveness and healing. How do we experience what Jesus has done for us?
