Highly favoured

Today we call to mind that Mary, the highly favoured one, was conceived without the stain of original sin. She was a pure vessel who bore the Saviour. In this time of Advent, it is good to remember that Mary cooperated completely with the plan of God for the world. Because of this, God came to live among us and bring us his salvation in Christ. How does Mary’s life inspire us to open ourselves fully to the plan of God for us? Do we really know what God wants to offer us and are we willing to accept it ?
