Hidden treasure

Jesus searches for parables to explain the inexplicable: what is the kingdom of heaven like? He focusses on the energy and commitment we are prepared to give to attain something we can’t live without. The discovery of hidden wealth – I’ll do anything to get it! Jesus teaches that the ‘kingdom’ shows itself when we are concerned for justice, step aside from prejudice, forgive endlessly and love unconditionally. Jesus, help me direct my energy to attaining these treasures.
