Seizing the moment

Our own personal opportunities to witness to the Gospel often take us by surprise. Neither Philip nor the eunuch expected to meet each other on the road and seemingly they had little in common. And yet the eunuch asked Philip for help in understanding the passage of scripture he was reading and Philip took the time to sit and talk with him. Am I conscious of the moments when someone looks to me for some understanding of what it means to be a follower of Jesus? And do I take the time to share my faith with them?
