Use your talents wisely

The nobleman gave each of his servants ten coins to use wisely while he was away.
On return he asked each to give an account of what they had done with their money. Those who had made a profit were rewarded but those who gained nothing were rebuked. The servants had free will as to how they used their money. Likewise God has given us the free will as to how we use the talents he has given us. Those who use their talents well will grow in faith, while those who neglect or squander them are likely to lose what they have. We have that choice - either advance towards God or fall away. God give us the grace to make good use of the talents you have given us.
