Moved with compassion

When we read today’s gospel, do we wonder how Jesus managed to continually give of himself? We know that in his humanity, he got tired. It was his nature to give but there must have been times when he felt the limits of incarnation. For God to become human, would have been like an ocean squeezing itself into a drop of water. But the resurrected Jesus is without such restriction. He is still moved with compassion, still teaching, still healing, still dissolving our fears in his love, and today there are no limits to his presence.
