Accept with Pleasure

Our Lord offers us the best of all he has – we are invited to his table, to share in his life. Yet all too often, we fail to respond appropriately to his generosity, making excuses for our indifference: we’re too busy, too tired, too important.

Dear Lord, I desire above all things to be with you – to respond whole-heartedly when you call me. May I make more time in my life for you and may my example encourage others to come when they hear you call them to your table.
