Fitting the mould

Today’s society lays great store on success and appearance, many are looked down on if they don’t ‘fit the mould’. Thankfully it’s not God’s way of working. Paul takes great pains to point out that God doesn’t always pick the learned for tasks he has in mind. Nor do those high up the ladder of life take priority. He chooses ordinary people, the weak and as Paul says, the foolish. Thank you Lord that you choose us as we are and not according to our status in life.
