Our Lady of Mt Carmel

Isaiah 10:5-7, 13-16 ;Ps 94; Matthew 11:25-27

I started to lose my hearing when I was a teenager. My mother asked the Carmelite Sisters to remember me in their prayers. This prayer is one that I recall. From time to time I pray it. Would you like to use it? “O, most beautiful flower of Mount Carmel, fruitful vine, splendour of heaven, blessed mother of the Son of God, immaculate virgin, assist me in my necessity. O, star of the sea, help me and show me herein, you are my mother. Mary conceived without sin, pray for us who turn to you.”
