Joy is obvious

In Evangelii Gaudium Pope Francis writes “Joy adapts and changes, but it always endures, even as a flicker of light born of our personal certainty that, when everything is said and done, we are infinitely loved”. Jesus wants his joy to be in us.

So let’s tell our faces and our bodies to show joy. Smiling and delighting in another is a good start! In the words of Thich Nhat Hanh: “Sometimes your joy is the source of your smile, but sometimes your smile can be the source of your joy.”

Smile more than usual today and see what happens.
