Love everyone

Loving our family and friends is surely one of the great blessings of being human. But what about people whose purpose in life seems focused on inflicting as much hurt as possible? Jesus says we should love them – but how?

Perhaps we should consider our own sins first – can we afford to throw stones?

Let us pray for our enemies. Ask for God’s help. Pray for ourselves that we may be forgiven our own sins. Pray for patience. Say the Lord’s Prayer.
