Replace anxiety with prayer

Jesus understands what it means to be human and knows how easily distracted and overly-concerned we can become with looking good in the eyes of the world. His words are balm to an unquiet mind – “do not be anxious about your life”.

Even in the busyness of my day, Lord, when the pressing needs of my human life are upon me, may I remember to find a pool of calmness in my mind where I can spend time with you. You are my Saviour. May the Holy Spirit guide me and may God always come first in my life.
