We shall see him as he really is

The Father has poured out his love for us ‘by letting us be called God’s children,’ and with John the Baptist we recognise Jesus as the Chosen One of God. The Lord’s promise is that eventually we shall see him as he really is; in the meantime we are to give witness to our faith in him as our Lord and Saviour by the goodness of our lives.
