No compromises

In the gospel we witness Jesus’ anger at the way the use of the temple had been perverted. No doubt the buyers and sellers could offer a practical explanation for their actions. Nevertheless, they had lost sight of the fact that the fundamental reason for the existence of the temple, was to worship God. Let us ask the Holy Spirit to show us areas of our lives where practicality and prevailing attitudes have caused us to compromise our faith.
