Only Believe

Why did these cities, where Jesus had preached and worked miracles, not believe in him? We would never do that – or would we? Actually it is harder for us, I think, to believe. All our education, everything in modern society, teaches us that reason can explain everything. Science has, in fact, revealed amazing things about the world and the universe around us, and this is truth and it is good. Just so long as we remember that God is still God, and some mysteries still have to be accepted in faith.

I know my faith is weak. Lord I believe, please help my unbelief.
