Be Humble

The centurion’s faith and Jesus’s response to it is a wonderful example of his all encompassing desire to reconcile everyone to God, no matter who they are.

May I learn humility from the centurion, who despite his superior position as a leader in the force occupying Israel, was prepared to confess that he felt unworthy for Jesus to enter his home and asked for his forgiveness.

Bless me father for I have sinned.
