On Loving with all our heart, mind and strength

Today we celebrate the feast day of St Dominic the founder of the Dominicans – Order of Preachers. Dominic believed in the power of the spoken word. Fullness of life is only possible when we love our God with all our hearts, with all our souls, with all our strength. We are exhorted to let these words be written on our hearts. We are asked to pass on these words to our children.

“I love you, Lord, my strength, my rock, my fortress, my saviour.”
