A minor character

John is a sainted hero. Herod and Herodias are something else. What of the girl who came in and danced? According to Herod’s family tree, at that time she was about seven years old. Children, born and unborn, are the most sinned against group of people in the world. Child poverty is a curse in an affluent country like NZ. Apart from praying, what am I doing to combat these evils?
