Our guide for living

When we live with the reality that all is gift, then we truly know who we are as humans and part of the universe created and held in love and life by our Creator. Zephaniah urges us to seek humility and integrity. Paul reminds us that God’s wisdom looks foolish to human eyes. Christ Jesus is our wisdom and holiness; Christ is our freedom. Jesus gave us a set of guidelines for living – the Beatitudes. Let us take time to read slowly and prayerfully Matthew’s account – Happy are they who …… Which beatitude stands out for me today?
