Be gentle and humble

When Jesus says “shoulder my yoke and learn from me” he goes on to explain just what this means: be gentle and humble in heart. So many worries and burdens (yokes) are invited to be dropped in submission to this advice. Perhaps our lives may remain busy, burdens managed - but approached from a different perspective - intentionally living with gentleness and humility. Can I encounter everyone with gentleness? Can I be honest with the limitations of my humanity and others - and not overburden myself and others? Now that sounds like a plan for daily life in Jesus.
