No-one lost

In Old Testament times, there were no fences. Shepherds walked around with their small family of sheep. If one got lost, it was very dangerous to leave the ‘ninety-nine’. The human shepherd's answer would be not to go after one lost sheep. Yet, God is revealed as wanting to desperately seek out the one lost. There is so much joy at including everyone back into the family. “It is never the will of our Father in heaven that a little one should be lost.” Can I identify a family member or friend who may be feeling ‘lost’? How can I search for them and bring them God’s welcome embrace?
