Live in the now

Our readings throughout November have an eschatological theme. Eschatology is the study of end times. It links us directly into the Advent journey that we will enter in a couple of weeks time with its theme of ‘prepare the way of the Lord’. The readings today remind us that difficulties will occur but we are to work honestly, live in the now and listen to the spirit. And let us respond to others in their need.
